1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and keep you signed in.
2. How Prevna Uses Cookies
We believe in minimal data collection. Prevna uses only essential cookies that are strictly necessary for the platform to function:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in securely | 7 days |
| authjs.csrf-token | Protects against cross-site request forgery | Session |
| authjs.callback-url | Redirects you back after signing in | Session |
3. What We Don't Use
- No advertising cookies. We don't show ads and never will.
- No tracking pixels. No Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or similar trackers.
- No third-party analytics cookies. Our analytics are privacy-first and cookie-free.
4. Local Storage
In addition to cookies, Prevna uses your browser's local storage to remember your theme preference and wizard progress. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.
5. Managing Cookies
You can clear cookies through your browser settings. Note that clearing the session cookie will sign you out of Prevna. Since we only use essential cookies, disabling them may prevent the platform from functioning correctly.
